Refund policy

All SALES ARE FINAL

Only items eligible for return are are items w/ factory defaults that we are to blame for.

If we send you an item that is not as described,  we will refund you or send a replacement  no questions asked.

Please double check before placing an order to make sure that is is what you want.   Metal parts aren't easy to ship, & if not packaged correctly they easily get damaged in shipping.  From past experience we've found that returns never seem to arrive in the same condition as when they left, therefore we don't accept any returns unless the item has a fault which we are to blame for ,in which case we will 100% make it right.

Returns must be started within 7 days of arrival - If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Buyers is responsible for Shipping Costs on all returns 

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective. Damaged items are covered through insurance by the Shipping Company. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
