1967- 1972 Chevy / GMC C10 Firewall/ Cowl Box for Hidden AC Lines

This Weld In Firewall Box Is Designed to Provide A Clean , Hidden / Tucked Away Route for your A/C Lines Coming from the Cowl Area & Eliminate Hoses Coming From the Front of Firewall. 

By Fastening Our Supplied Metal Template with Clecos, Magnets or Screws - Simply Trace The Pattern Of The Box & Cut Using Your Method Of Choice.  Once Area is Cut Out , Simply Insert the Box & Grind or Trim Edges Flush w/ Firewall.  

 Due to the Inconsistency of These Firewalls In This Area, We intentionally left the Edges about 3/8 Oversize to give you trimming room to grind edges flush  in order to match the contour of your Firewall. 

 PLEASE NOTE : Part Of Firewall Brace Will Require Cutting, However the Strength of our 16 Gauge Steel Box , Will More than Make Up For That Once Welded into Place. Corners of Box are left UNWELDED to allow for flexibility During Fit & Finish, However They Could Easily Be Corner Welded During Install 

YOU WILL HAVE TO LOCATE AND DRILL HOLES WHERE YOU WANT YOUR LINES ( HOLE SAW RECOMMENDED )
