Our CTP TRUE RADIUS™ Universal Wheel Tub Ends, Make Fabricating a set of Custom Wheel Tubs Easier Than Ever Before!
Shrinking a Radius by hand & keeping it consistent is extremely Time Consuming & Frustrating. It also takes years of practice to get good at. We've made all of that Irrelevant since you could now purchase these Pre-Formed Wheel Tub Ends from us & fabricate your own to whatever size you desire.
How it Works:
- Once you receive the Pre Formed Wheel Tub Ends, you simply shear a piece of 18 Gauge cold rolled steel to whatever length you'd like your wheel tubs to be. Pre Formed Ends could also be Cut / Trimmed to accommodate Dog Houses , Clear Suspension Ect.
- Tack the sheared Piece to the Pre Formed Wheel Tub Ends ( Slip Roll is Recommended although not Necessary)
- Once Tacked , Fully Weld Front to Back -( TIG Highly Recommended - We would not use MIG Except to tack )
- Once Fully Welded , Metal Finish the Welds & You have a Complete Set of Tubs. (Planishing Hammer Recommended During This Step, Although Hammer & Dolly Will Work - Its Just Slower. )
Our Wheel Tub Ends Are:
- Made in the USA from 18 Gauge Cold Rolled Steel
- 36 Inches Wide - 18 Inches Tall
- Could be used for other vehicles , not just Trucks - ( Camaro . Chevelle ect )
